Maredith Adsit

Maredith Adsit is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Learning and Development at Focus Brands LLC since October 2020, Maredith leads a team supporting the training needs of seven brands, including Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon. Prior roles include Director of Training for Restaurant Brands, overseeing training for three brands across over 1,500 restaurants, and Director of Training at McAlister's Deli, responsible for the training of over 16,000 team members. Maredith's background also includes significant leadership roles at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc. and Yum! Brands, as well as academic experience at the University of Memphis, where Maredith earned a Master's degree in Instruction and Curriculum Leadership focused on Instructional Design and Technology.
