Prior to that, they were the Director of Customer Strategy - Amazon at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where they executed tactical and long-term strategies for national brands like Dixie and Brawny. Matt also served as a National Account Manager and Sales Operations Manager at Georgia-Pacific, focusing on customer relationships and optimizing operations. Before joining Georgia-Pacific, Matt worked as an Alliance Analyst at Jemison Metals. Overall, Matt has a diverse background in sales, strategy, customer management, and analytics.
Matt Layton completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Auburn University in 2011.
