Scott Nicely has a range of experience in training and operations management. Scott started their career at Wendy's International in 1985 as a Training Manager and worked there for over 20 years. In 2005, they became the Director of Training and Franchise Support at Doc Greens, where they developed training materials and provided support to franchisees. Scott then moved on to Raving Brands in 2006 as the Director of Training for Doc Greens. In 2007, they joined FOCUS Brands/Carvel as the Senior Training Manager for Carvel and Cinnabon, eventually becoming the Director of Non-Traditional Operations for Carvel in 2012.
Scott Nicely attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1987 to 1990. Scott studied Business during this time, but did not earn a specific degree.
