Shannon Slaton

Shannon Slaton has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 1995, they worked in a variety of positions in the field of Real Estate at CFLane, LLC, including residential and commercial property management, as well as real estate agent. In 2004, they became the Owner/Operator of Moe's Southwest Grill in Statesboro, GA. Shannon then transitioned to Moe's Southwest Grill corporate office, where they served as a Franchise Business Consultant from 2006 to 2010, Director of Franchise Operations in 2011-2012, and Regional Vice President of Operations from 2013 to 2020. In October 2020, they joined Focus Brands LLC as the Vice President Franchising Business for the Restaurant Category.

Shannon Slaton attended Riverwood High School from 1985 to 1989, where they pursued a degree in Liberal Arts. From 1989 to 1994, they attended Georgia Southern University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations.
