Urvi Patel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer experience, insights, and revenue management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Customer Experience & Engagement at Focus Brands LLC since December 2019, Urvi successfully established new capabilities in consumer research and launched a comprehensive Voice of the Customer program. Prior to this role, Urvi held various leadership positions at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from October 2009 to December 2019, including Director of Strategy-Mainstream Growth and Director Corporate Strategy, where significant contributions were made to new brand launches and revenue management initiatives. Urvi's earlier career includes roles at Duff & Phelps, The Home Depot, and Ernst & Young (London), underscoring a strong background in corporate finance and strategic analysis. Urvi holds a Master of Science in Public Policy from University College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French Literature from Transylvania University.
