Winona Bullis

Winona Bullis has extensive experience in the field of training and operations in the restaurant industry. Winona is currently the Director of Field Training-Specialty Brands at Focus Brands LLC since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Field Training Manager at Jamba from November 2019 to March 2021. Before Jamba, they served as the VP of Franchise Operations and Training at Rock & Brews Restaurants from April 2017 to August 2019. Bullis began their career at Buffalo Wild Wings in 2008, where they held the role of Sr. Regional Training Manager until April 2017. At Buffalo Wild Wings, they played a key role in strategic planning, operations, and training initiatives for the North American region.

Winona Bullis attended Western Illinois University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Teacher Education.
