Christina Harlamb has extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles within the healthcare and community services industry. Christina currently serves as the CEO of Focus Care, a rapidly growing care services provider operating in multiple regions. Previously, they were the Managing Director of Focus Care Consulting, where they provided strategic planning and project management services to healthcare organizations. Christina also held positions as a Program Manager at the Community Services & Health Industry Skills Council and as Director of Clinical Networks and Education at the Health Education and Training Institute. Prior to that, they worked in policy and project management roles at NSW Health and the Health Reform Transition Organization. Christina has also served as a Board Member for Bicycle NSW and headed the Medical Education and Training Division at the NSW Institute of Medical Education and Training.
Christina Harlamb holds a Bachelor of Optometry degree from UNSW, which they obtained from 1979 to 1983. Christina also has a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Social Research, Politics, and History from Macquarie University, earned between 2003 and 2007. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Education (Adult) from the University of Technology Sydney from 2012 to 2015.
