Emily Villa Richey

Emily Villa Richey serves as the Communications and Development Coordinator for FOCUS (Fellowship of Christians in Universities and Schools, Inc.) since March 2018, after working as a self-employed freelance writer since July 2017. Previous experience includes roles as a Content Marketing Specialist and Content Marketing Assistant at Homes.com, as well as a writer for Pensacola Independent's InWeekly, where significant interviews included bands and award-winning chefs. Emily's diverse background also features management and sales at The Bluetique and freelance writing for Gulf Coast Bride Magazine. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Mary Washington and a certificate in Editing from Poynter News University, supplemented by studies at the University of St Andrews and Groton School.
