Adam Busch

Adam assists Focus and its partner firms with various legal matters, particularly in connection with their M&A activity.

Prior to joining Focus in 2021, Adam was an associate in the corporate department of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, where he focused on M&A, securities and corporate governance matters.

Adam received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from Swarthmore College.
