Adam Karasik

Adam assists Focus and its partner firms with various legal matters, particularly in connection with their M&A activity.

Prior to joining Focus in 2015, Adam was Corporate Counsel with Thomson Reuters in New York, where he was responsible for various corporate, commercial and other legal matters. Before joining Thomson Reuters, Adam was an associate in the corporate department of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP. He began his career as an associate in the M&A department of Dewey Ballantine LLP.

Adam received his J.D. cum laude from Cornell Law School and his A.B. in Government cum laude from Georgetown University.
