Amrita Nangiana

Amrita assists Focus and its partner firms on a variety of legal matters, particularly in connection with M&A activity, corporate governance and employment matters. She also serves as Focus’ Assistant Corporate Secretary, and helps lead various internal initiatives, such as culture, community service and diversity and inclusion.

Prior to joining Focus in 2017, Amrita was an associate in the corporate department of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP in Los Angeles. Amrita began her career as an associate in the corporate department of Bingham McCutchen LLP in New York and thereafter Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP in Los Angeles.

Amrita received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.S. in Business Administration and B.A. with Honors in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
