Daniel Kilduff

Principal at Focus Financial Partners Inc

Daniel is responsible for business development and acquisition activities, with an emphasis on executing direct transactions on behalf of Focus, as well as merger transactions on behalf of the partner firms. He also works closely with several Focus partner firms on strategic initiatives to accelerate their growth.

Prior to Focus, Daniel was with Guggenheim Securities, where he advised renewable energy, power and energy technology firms on M&A and capital raising. He has also worked at Morgan Stanley as an investment banker, and at the White House on the Council on Environmental Quality, as a member of the Energy and Climate Change team. Daniel started his career as a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton.

Daniel received his JD/MBA from Northwestern School of Law and Kellogg School of Management where he was a Cluster Fellow, and an MA and BA from Stanford University.
