Nicole is responsible for all things talent and recruiting within Focus. Additionally, she assists with onboarding, intern program development, and other projects involving human capital.
Nicole started her career in staffing before entering private equity recruiting. Most recently, Nicole worked for Vista Equity Partners and assisted with a build out of over 100 people for the firm.
Nicole holds a MBA from Lindenwood University and a BA from Oklahoma Panhandle State University.
