Zinovy Iosovich is a seasoned executive in the wealth management sector with extensive experience in driving growth and strategy across various roles. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Focus Financial Partners since May 2025, Zinovy previously held the position of Co-President at Focus Partners Wealth from April 2019 to May 2025. Prior to these roles, Zinovy was President & Chief Services Officer at The Colony Group, which merged with Buckingham in June 2024, eventually rebranding as Focus Partners Wealth. Zinovy's earlier experience includes a role as Managing Director at The Colony Group and Vice President at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, with a background in investment banking and asset management. Zinovy holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. from Lehigh University.
