Graeme Cleeton

Graeme Cleeton is currently the Regional IT Technical Delivery Lead at Focus Group since January 2021. Prior to this role, Graeme worked at Resource ICT Solutions as an IT Support Engineer managing a MSP Helpdesk with over 100 clients. Before that, Graeme was an IT Support Engineer at A&G Technologies dealing with 2nd line support. Graeme also has experience working as an IT Support Engineer at Engaging IT providing 1st line support. With a background in troubleshooting, finding and implementing solutions, Graeme has expertise in software, hardware, and network troubleshooting, as well as IT consultancy, networking, and backup solutions. Graeme has also worked with a range of operating systems from Microsoft Server 2003 through to Microsoft Server 2012.
