Kate Oakden

Kate Oakden is an experienced professional in people management and legal support, currently serving as Head of People Experience at Focus Group since December 2017. Previously, Kate held multiple roles at swcomms, including People Partner, Commercial Manager, and PA to Directors. Prior experience includes working as a Legal Secretary and Trainee Legal Executive at WBW Solicitors & Chartered Financial Planners. Kate's educational background includes a Master's degree in Senior People Professional Apprenticeship and a BSc (Hons) in Responsible Business Management, both from the University of Exeter, along with a Chartered Manager (Degree) Level 6 Apprenticeship. Additionally, Kate has a Diploma in Law & Practice from CILEX Law School.
