Théophile Gaudron has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Théophile started their career at Dreams in Midgard Online as a Project Lead from 2004 to 2007. Théophile then worked at White Birds Productions and CAZAP (with IIM) as a Project Manager and Developer. During this time, they successfully released the game "Treasure of the Caribbean Sea" in 2013. Théophile also worked at Focus Home Interactive as an Assistant Producer and at Tsatsiki Games as a Developer and Project Manager. Currently, they are employed at Focus Entertainment, where they have held various roles including Line Producer, Executive Producer, and Content Director.
Théophile Gaudron obtained a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Project Management from IIM Digital School, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Théophile further pursued their education at the same institution and received a Master's degree in Digital Production from 2011 to 2013.
