Michelle Dunne possesses extensive experience in the disability support sector, currently serving as the Growth and Engagement Officer at Focus Individualised Support Services since May 2019, having previously held roles such as Executive Manager Operations and Area Manager. Prior experience includes nearly a decade at Scope (Aust), where Michelle contributed as a Customer Service and Delivery Manager and Practice Enhancement specialist, focusing on evidence-based improvements and quality of life enhancements for individuals with disabilities. In earlier roles, including Research Assistant and Service Manager, Michelle worked on service delivery redesigns, individual support programs, and person-centred training. Michelle's career started at Yooralla, where responsibilities included disability support, community inclusion mentoring, and service coordination.
