John-Paul Le Bon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. John-Paul started their career as an Assistant Location Manager for Showtime Networks Inc. in 2006 and worked on the production of "The Tudors" until 2009. John-Paul then worked as an Assistant Location Manager for the BBC in 2011 and Tiger Aspect from 2012 to 2012. In 2013, they briefly worked for Google as a Location Manager and then joined Three.ie as a Location Manager for a short period of time in 2012.

From 2014 to 2014, John-Paul worked as a Location Manager for Aldi UK & Ireland before transitioning to a role as a TV Commercial Location Manager for various clients as a freelancer from 2002 to 2015. In 2015, they became the Operations Director for T.I. (Eastbourne) LTD, where they were responsible for overseeing departmental managers, business strategy planning, recruitment, and cost control, among other responsibilities.

In 2015, John-Paul served as the General Manager for The Seafood Bar by Wrights of Howth before joining Focus Ireland in 2016. At Focus Ireland, they initially worked as a Corporate Campaigns Officer and then became the Digital Content Manager. John-Paul currently holds the position of Head of Digital & Brand, a role they have been in since March 2021.

John-Paul Le Bon received a Certificate in Digital Marketing from the Dublin Business School in 2018-2019. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree in TV & Video Production from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design, and Technology in 2000-2002. John-Paul also attended Drogheda Grammar School from 1991-1995.
