Focus Lighting
Zoe Neijna is an accomplished designer with diverse experience in design and marketing. Currently serving as a Junior Designer at Focus Lighting since August 2021, Zoe has previously held roles such as Graphic Designer and Marketing Intern within the same company, where responsibilities included front-end coding, image adjustment, and social media development. As Head of Product Design at Vintage Blue, Zoe focused on creating design themes and graphics for social media, while also supporting photoshoot concepts. In addition, Zoe has marketing experience from involvement with the UNC-CH Women Squash Club, managing social media and participating in tournaments. Educational background includes a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by a strong foundation in community engagement through co-founding Youth 4 Youth Soccer.

Since 1987, we have continually created unique and successful lighting design solutions for projects of all sizes including hotels, resorts, retail, restaurants, museums, nightclubs, offices, and private residences around the world. The Focus Lighting team’s creative process is informed by a combined experience in theater, architecture, and design. Together the team generates projects that create an emotion with light and engages its audience. We believe that light and its perception within an environment are essential to the human experience.
