Teressa Smith has extensive experience in the real estate industry, beginning with a role as a Realtor at Century 21 from January 1992 to October 1997, followed by a longstanding position as a Realtor at Restaino & Associates since October 1997. In addition to real estate, Teressa serves as a Real Estate Ambassador for Focus on Energy since May 2018, providing clients with a $125 voucher for furnace, boiler, or A/C unit maintenance. Teressa's involvement with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship includes serving as the Transportation Manager for the Urbana 09 conference in St. Louis from September 2008 to January 2010, as well as volunteering for the Urbana 03 and Urbana 06 conferences.

Focus on Energy is Wisconsin utilities’ statewide energy efficiency and renewable resource program. Since 2001, the program has worked with eligible Wisconsin residents and businesses to install cost-effective energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. Focus on Energy information, resources, and financial incentives help to implement projects that otherwise would not be completed, or to complete projects sooner than scheduled. Its efforts help Wisconsin residents and businesses manage rising energy costs, promote in-state economic development, protect our environment, and control the state's growing demand for electricity and natural gas.
