Focus On Labour Exploitation (FLEX)
Lucila Granada serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Focus On Labour Exploitation (FLEX) since July 2019 and holds the position of Chair and Board Member at the Indoamerican Refugee and Migrant Organisation (IRMO) and The Global Alliance Against Traffic in Women (GAATW), respectively. Previous roles include Advisory Board Member at Shiva Foundation, Vice Chair at BAMER Advice Network, and Director at the Latin American Women's Rights Service. Lucila has extensive experience in advocacy, policy, and representation, particularly concerning the Latin American community in the UK. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Migration Studies from Aston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Linguistics from the University of Buenos Aires.

Focus on Labour Exploitation (FLEX) is a research and policy organisation working towards an end to labour exploitation. FLEX seeks to achieve this vision through the prevention of labour abuses, protection of the rights of those affected or at risk of exploitation and by promoting best practice responses to labour exploitation through research and evidence-based advocacy.
