Mimi Augustijnen

Mimi Augustijnen is a Founding Partner at Focus on Talent, a boutique executive search agency that specializes in executive search, recruitment, interim management, and assessment and development centers within the Life Sciences and Health Care sector. Prior to this role, Mimi served as an Independent Senior Consultant at Denewet, Decat & Saelen from February 2007 to April 2012, and held various sales and marketing positions at Pfizer from 1996 to 2007, including Marketing Manager for North Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, as well as National Sales Manager. Mimi also worked as a Product Manager at Sanofi and GSK during the late 1990s. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and an MBA from Vlerick Business School.
