Cody Spain

Cody Spain is an experienced content creator and editor currently serving as the Lead Content Editor at Focus on the Family since April 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing the production of video content from podcasts for various digital platforms. Prior to this role, Cody worked at Media Fusion, LLC, leading a video team at the U.S. Air Force Academy and producing impactful videos in alignment with Academy goals. Previous positions include Multimedia Developer II and Multimedia Developer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, where Cody produced multimedia content for community initiatives. Early career experience includes roles as a Reporter/Anchor at KETK NBC & FOX51 News, News Producer/Reporter/Anchor at North Texas Television, and internships with NBC News, all contributing to a robust background in multimedia and communications. Cody holds a Master of Arts in Communications with a focus on New Media and Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of North Texas.
