Joy Harrison

Joy Harrison possesses extensive experience in donor engagement and project management within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Director of Sustainer and Annuity Programs at Focus on the Family since June 2016, Joy focuses on retaining sustaining donors by enhancing their engagement with the ministry and streamlining donation processes. Previous roles at Focus on the Family include IT Project Manager 2, where Joy oversaw significant enterprise-wide IT projects, and Marketing Project Manager, where Joy successfully implemented new marketing strategies for donor retention. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Marketing Coordinator at WAY Media, managing various donor appeals, and as an Insurance/Billing professional at Comfort Dental, bridging communication between dentists and patients. Joy holds a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from Southwestern Assemblies of God University.
