Cassie McFarland

Cassie McFarland has a diverse work experience in the education technology industry. Cassie started their career in 2017 as a Curriculum Specialist at Charter Schools USA, where they developed and conducted in-service training for teachers, trained new teachers in using student information systems and school resources, and collected and analyzed school and student benchmark data. In 2018, they joined Focus School Software as a Software Trainer, collaborating with subject matter experts to create training content and delivery plans. Cassie also maintained and updated a master training plan. In 2021, Cassie transitioned to the role of an Account Executive at Focus School Software. In this position, they created and maintained support call agendas, engaged with customers to understand their business processes and make software recommendations, and conducted ongoing training on new software features.

Cassie McFarland received a Bachelor's degree from Miami University in an unspecified field of study from 2009 to 2013.
