Greg Dement is currently the Principal at Focus Search Partners, specializing in building teams to grow companies by recruiting board members, executives, and senior-level individuals. Prior to this, Greg served as the Vice President of Executive Search at Taylor Winfield and as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Ciber. Greg also has experience as the Owner of ExpedIT Consulting and as a Lead Recruiter/Recruiting Manager at ABeam Consulting. Greg holds a BA in Biology from the University of North Texas.
