Jahn Balugo

Jahn Balugo has extensive experience in administrative support and customer service, currently serving as an Executive Assistant to the Regional Site Director, HR Generalist, and Safety Officer at Focus Services since December 2011. Prior to this role, Jahn worked at Convergys ARM - Encore RMI as a Senior Account Resolution or Collections Specialist from March 2006 to March 2011, managing complex customer service and collection issues. Jahn also held the position of Showroom Operations Manager and Draftsman at TESSA HOME FURNISHING from March 2004 to February 2006, overseeing daily operations and sales forecasting. Earlier experience includes working as Secretary to the President and Draftsman at PMC Construction Corporation from February 2003 to January 2004. Jahn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Far Eastern University, studied from 1999 to 2002.
