Wilma David

Wilma David is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Focus Services since August 2023, Wilma has successfully transitioned the HR department to a business partner model and implemented a strategic retention initiative that reduced attrition. Previously, as People Operations Manager at FTO from January 2018 to July 2023, Wilma collaborated with global HR leaders and oversaw a team of 14 in the Philippines HR department. Additional experience includes a role as a Researcher at the Department of Science and Technology, where clerical activities for blockchain research were executed, and as a Quality and Safety Officer at The Medical City, focusing on compliance audits and quality evaluation using Lean Six Sigma principles.
