Alec D. Romero

Alec D. Romero is an experienced facilitator currently working at FOCUS Training since June 2016, conducting workshops on career and college readiness across the United States. Previously, Alec held various roles, including Capacity Portfolio Representative at C.H. Robinson, where operations for freight carriers were managed and rates negotiated. Alec also served as Associate Account Manager at Data Axle, Project Manager at Moose Roofing, and Sales Consultant at Plan A Technologies, showcasing a strong background in project management, data analysis, and business development. Other notable experiences include internships at Union Pacific Railroad and TD Ameritrade, as well as leadership as the International Executive President of DECA Inc. Alec holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Economics and a minor in Sustainable Energy from Creighton University.
