Michael Pope

Michael Pope serves as the Managing Director at Yalecrest Partners, a private equity and advisory firm, beginning in January 2024. Simultaneously, Michael holds multiple board member positions at Boxlight, Novo Integrated Sciences Inc., and Focus Universal, contributing expertise in technology solutions, healthcare products, and smart instrumentation platforms. Previously, Michael was the CEO and Chairman of Novo Integrated Sciences and the Managing Director at Vert Capital, where substantial transactions were performed in various industries. With earlier roles that include Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Taylor Family and senior roles in financial reporting at Omniture and Grant Thornton, Michael brings a strong background in finance and operations. Michael holds both a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Brigham Young University and completed an LDS mission in Valencia, Venezuela.
