Brad Martyn

Brad Martyn has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and operations roles. Brad began their career at Arthur Andersen & Co., where they worked in the Tax and Audit Departments from 1983 to 1986. Brad then joined OHM Corporation as a Director of Finance and Operations Controller, where they played a key role in the company's acquisition strategy and growth from $60 million to $500 million over 9 years. Martyn then moved on to MPW Industrial Services, where they served as an Executive Officer and VP, leading the company's IPO and overseeing 17 acquisitions over 2 years, helping the company grow from $58 million to over $200 million in revenue. After MPW, Martyn worked as the CFO of Grote Company from 2000 to 2001. Brad currently holds the role of Founder, Visionary, and CFO at FocusCFO, the leading provider of CFO services to SMEs in Ohio, supporting over 500 businesses and focusing on companies in the $2 to $20 million revenue segment in the Midwest and Southeast US.
