Lyle Rhodebeck

Lyle Rhodebeck is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. As Principal at FocusCFO since August 2016, Lyle Rhodebeck has led efforts to provide exceptional CFO services to small and medium-sized businesses, enhancing their financial management and strategic planning. Prior to this role, Lyle Rhodebeck served as Senior Vice President and Director of Operations at State Auto Insurance from January 2008 to September 2015, and held various vice president positions at Grange Insurance and Grange Mutual Casualty Companies from 1994 to 2008. Lyle Rhodebeck began a career in finance as Chief Financial Officer at Shelby Insurance Group and Shelby Insurance from 1990 to 1994 and 1978 to 1994, respectively.
