Jordan Trotto

Jordan Trotto (JT) is an experienced professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Head of People and Operations at Focused Labs since February 2021. Previously, JT held the position of Chief of Staff for the MAPBU Services & Support Team at VMware following its acquisition of Pivotal, where JT worked from April 2020 to February 2021. JT's earlier roles include Manager and Advisory Human Resources Business Partner at Pivotal Software and HR Specialist/Business Partner at Eze Software Group. JT's expertise encompasses talent management, employee relations, benefits administration, and recruiting. JT also served as Benefits Coordinator for Advocate Health Care and Human Resources Generalist for Angels at Home Healthcare. Academic qualifications include an MBA and an M.S. in Personnel and Human Resource Development from the Illinois Institute of Technology, alongside a B.A. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from DePaul University.
