Caitlin Glemser

Caitlin Glemser began their career in 2016 as a Style Guru Intern and Marketing Fellow for CollegeFashionista, where they composed articles on various subjects including style, trends, and beauty, and designed content for the company's social channels. In 2017, they moved to InstaMed as a Content Marketing specialist. In 2018, they joined Comcast as an Internal Communications and Events specialist. In 2019, they moved to SAP as a North America Marketing and Events specialist. Currently, they are working as a Life Sciences Consultant for Focused Consulting, Inc., where they provide project management, validation, business analysis, implementation, and end-user training services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device clients. Caitlin also configures, demonstrates, and implements configurable off-the-shelf (COTS) quality management solutions in regulated industries, and manages a team of three consultants to successfully deliver 100+ implementations of MasterControl Process, Documents, and Training modules.

Caitlin Glemser received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, majoring in Marketing & Legal Studies, between 2016 and 2020. In 2022, they obtained three certifications from MasterControl, including MasterControl Certified Level 1 Admin (July), MasterControl Certified Level 2 Admin (September), and MasterControl Certified Level 3 Admin (December).
