Doug Hammond, P.E.

Doug Hammond is currently serving as the VP of Laser Engineering and Global Head of Engineering at Focused Energy Inc. Previously, Doug has held positions such as Principal Mechanical Engineer & Owner at Precision Design Solutions LLC, Vice President of Engineering at TrackingPoint, Inc., and Director of Engineering at National Energetics. With a strong background in mechanical engineering, Doug has experience in managing various projects related to laser systems, product development, and opto-mechanical design. Additionally, Doug has a Master of Science in Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
