Becky Anderson

Becky brings more than 22 years of clinical and administrative experience in long-term care to Focused Post Acute Care Partners.

She began her career in healthcare as a Nurse’s Aide while completing a Bachelor of Arts in Nursing at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. Following her move to Texas, she served in several roles on the provider side, including MDS Coordinator, Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Regional Nurse Consultant. Becky also spent 9 years on the regulatory side with the Texas Department of Health and Human Services as a nurse surveyor and later as a Program Manager overseeing a team of surveyors.

Before joining Focused Care, she served as the Director of Clinical Services for a start-up long-term care company with 11 facilities in the state of Texas.
