Joe F.

Joe F. began their work experience in 2013 as an LVN/MDS RAC-CT at Morningside Ministries, where they stayed until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Case Mix Manager LVN RAC-CT at Advanced Healthcare Solutions. In 2016, they started working at WEST OAKS SENIOR CARE AND REHAB CENTER, LLC as an LVN/MDS RAC-CT, where they significantly increased Medicare RUG rates and performed various coordinating and reviewing tasks. Finally, in 2019, they became the Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement at Focused Post Acute Care Partners, where they assist with regulatory adherence and survey processes while reporting trends to the VP of Clinical Reimbursement.

Joe F. attended Houston Community College from 2007 to 2008, where they pursued a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training degree. Afterward, they transferred to the University of Houston - Downtown to further their studies.
