Karen Holmes

Karen Holmes has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) at Focused Post Acute Care Partners since October 2021. Previously, Karen held administrative roles at Creative Solutions In HealthCare from August 2018 to 2021, and at Daybreak Venture, LLP from May 2015 to 2018. Additional positions as Administrator were held at Senior Living Properties (November 2014 - April 2015) and Stanton Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (October 2014 - November 2014) in an interim capacity. Karen also served as Interim Administrator at Gulf Coast LTC (April 2014 - July 2014) and Sunflower Park (January 2014 - February 2014). Earlier experience includes positions as LNFA at Apex Secure Care (June 2013 - November 2013) and MSC INC. (Valley View Care Center) (January 2013 - April 2013). Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology and a degree in Long Term Care/Assisted Living Administration from McLennan Community College.
