Tarika's early career involved editorial coordination at Wcities and quality analysis at meDiasoft, laying a strong foundation in team leadership and content accuracy. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sociology from SNDT University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Xavier's College, complemented by a diploma in Youth Development Work.
