Elisabeth Baeyens

Elisabeth Baeyens is currently working as a Rechter at FOD Justitie SPF Justice. Previously, Elisabeth served as a Lecturer on cassation proceedings in criminal cases at Order of Flemish Bars and as a Member of the editorial board at Tijdschrift voor Strafrecht. Prior to these roles, Elisabeth worked at Stibbe as an Of Counsel and Senior Associate, specializing in litigation, arbitration, criminal law, and Supreme Court matters. Elisabeth Baeyens has received education from KU Leuven and sint jan berchmanscollege.
