Carlos Beltran

Carlos Beltran has worked in various industries and roles, starting as a Capital Market Research Intern at Grupo BME in 2013, and later transitioning to insurance advising at Mapfre. In 2015, they became an Inbound Sales Representative at BookingGo, and later moved up to an Operations and Product Support Executive. In 2019, they completed a Full-Stack Developer training program at Northcoders. Carlos then served as a Junior IT Developer at Bridgewater Finance Group from 2020 to 2021 before becoming a Software Developer at PAYL8R until mid-2023, where they supported in-house software and tested new developments. As of June 2023, they are set to serve as a Back End Developer at FOD Mobility Group, where they will contribute to development teams using Agile methodologies and participate in peer code reviews.

Carlos Beltran has pursued their education from various institutes across the globe. Carlos completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV), Reus, Spain, in the year 2011. Later in 2012-2013, they pursued MSc Finance and Banking from Institut d’Estudis Financers (IEF), Barcelona, Spain. Carlos completed their MSc in Data Science from The University of Salford, Manchester, UK, in the year 2018-2019. Recently in 2019-2020, they attended a coding boot camp at NorthCoders to enhance their technical proficiency.
