Soumia Benturquia has had a successful career in marketing, starting in 2012 as Marketing Project Manager for the Organic & Natural Beauty Show. In this role, they were responsible for managing the Online and Offline Marketing Communications Strategy, developing and implementing online initiatives, managing and scheduling content calendars, producing and monitoring promotion support tools, and building relationships with journalists. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as Ecommerce Marketing for HP, where they developed and coordinated ecommerce marketing, ensured seamless integration between marketing and E-commerce platforms, managed affiliation, recruited and built relationships with top affiliates, dealt with negotiations with affiliate networks and specific partners, and tracked daily performance. In 2017, they founded and became the CEO of FODEL, the first-ever parcel pick-up locations provider for online shoppers in the Middle-East, offering an alternative to home delivery.

Soumia Benturquia's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Université catholique de Lyon, which they obtained between 2009 and 2012. In 2013, they began a Master in Management at SKEMA Business School, which they completed in 2015. In 2014, they attended Suzhou University of Science and Technology. Soumia also attended The University of Notre Dame Australia Law School, though it is unclear when they began or ended their studies there.
