Felicia Deng

Felicia Deng has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Felicia started their career at Scient Corp in 2000 as an Instructional Designer. Felicia then moved on to Tsinghua University, where they worked at the Executive Development Center from 2002 to 2008. After that, Felicia worked as the Chief Consultant & Coach at BONA China America Management Consulting from 2007 to 2014. Felicia also had a role as an Education Specialist while being self-employed from 2017 to 2020. More recently, Felicia held positions at Vofo Corp as the General Manager of Operations starting in 2019, and at Fog Works, Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources starting in 2022.

Felicia Deng pursued their education between 1994 and 2000. Felicia started at San Jose State University in 1994 and completed their studies in 1996, earning a degree in Instructional Technology with a focus on Education. After that, they enrolled at the University of Southern California, where they obtained their Doctor of Education (Ed.D) degree in Human Performance Technology in 2000.
