Stephanie Kaplan has been working in the business industry since 1994. Stephanie began their career at Pittiglio Rabin Todd & McGrath as a Principal. In 2006, they were the Vice President of Operations and Program Management at Sadra Medical, Inc. In 2008, they moved to Invuity as the Vice President of Operations and Program Management. From 2010 to 2014, they were the VP Operations and Program Management at PowerVision, Inc. In 2014, they joined Audience, Inc. in the same role and was also responsible for Program and Process Management. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Business Mentor at Fogarty Institute for Innovation. Since 2017, they have been the Chief Operating Officer at Madorra Inc. and an Independent Consultant for Ardian, FoxHollow, Guidant, Sadra, Asthmatix, PEAK Surgical and others.
Stephanie Kaplan obtained their MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 1992, with a focus on Management of Technology (Graduate School of Engineering) & Production and Operations Management. Stephanie obtained their BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University in 1985.
