Leonard Moore

Leonard Moore has extensive experience in facilities and maintenance management, having held key positions over several decades. As a Lead Service Technician at Lincoln Property Company from October 2000 to August 2010, Leonard supervised a service team, managed substantial budgets for repairs, maintenance, and capital expenditures for a 480-unit community. Prior to this, Leonard served as Maintenance Supervisor at Monarch Hosiery, overseeing operations across three manufacturing plants from January 1992 to January 2000. Currently, Leonard is the Service Director at Fogelman Management Group since October 2013, and previously worked as Environmental Services Director at Kisco Senior Living from April 2011 to August 2013. Leonard completed an Associate's degree in Tool and Die Making from Alamance Community College, graduating with a 3.95 GPA.
