Rick Fogelman

Rick Fogelman is responsible for the establishment and implementation of Fogelman’s overall business strategies, with specific focus on the company's Investment and Asset Management initiatives. Since joining Fogelman in 1988, Rick has been actively involved in all facets of the company’s acquisition, disposition, and capital market activities. Over that time, Fogelman has invested in over $4 billion of multifamily assets, while expanding its investment platform and joint venture partner relationships.

Rick holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and earned his MBA degree from the University of Memphis. Rick serves on the board of directors of the National Multi Housing Council and is past Vice President of Tennessee Apartment Association. In addition, Rick serves on several non-profit boards and is currently executive board member and treasurer of the Memphis Jewish Community Center.
