Thomas Kotarako

Tom Kotarakos joined FogPharma as SVP, Finance in December 2021. As part of the team, Tom will lead the finance organization and will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, accounting and will be a strategic thought partner to the company for corporate and financial strategy, capital markets, and business development.

Most recently, Tom was the SVP of Finance and Business Operations at Codiak BioSciences, where he oversaw the Finance, Accounting, IT, and Facilities functions. While at Codiak, he helped drive the S-1, banking and legal processes tied to IPO filing, while transitioning the accounting function to a public-company posture Prior to this, Tom held various roles at Seres Therapeutics where he guided the accounting and finance functions through the IPO process; implemented process and controls necessary to operate as a public company; and owned Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Insurance and Treasury. Before his time at Seres, he held a few different roles at GT Advanced Technologies and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he spent 7 years, focused on the life sciences.

Tom is a CPA and received his MS and BS in Accounting from Bentley University.
