Jennifer Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jennifer has worked as a Visual Merchandising Manager at Front of the House® since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Macken Realty in 2021. In 2020, they worked as a Concession Merchandiser at Claire's. From 2019 to 2020, they freelanced as a Visual/Luxury Client Advisor for Fourth Floor, where they achieved significant accomplishments such as improving profit margins and increasing brand sales. Jennifer also has extensive experience in the retail industry, specifically at Victoria's Secret. Jennifer served as a Senior Market Visual Manager for the NY/NJ area from 2017 to 2019, where they implemented visual merchandising strategies that contributed to revenue growth. Previously, from 2012 to 2017, they held the role of Market Visual Manager for the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando markets. Jennifer started their career at Abercrombie & Fitch as a Manager, supporting the Store Manager and overseeing various operational projects.
