Kourt Passero

Kourt Passero has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kourt began their career in 2010 as a Sales Associate at Abercrombie & Fitch, where they worked until 2015. In 2014, they worked as a Jr. PR Associate at Colormecourtney, responsible for managing social media accounts, planning events, and collaborating with brands and designers. Kourt then worked as a PR Assistant at Kristen Taekman in 2015, handling PR activities and marketing efforts. In 2016, Kourt joined Coach as an NAW Marketing Assistant, assisting in print advertising projects and tracking expenses. Also in 2016, they joined Macy's and held multiple positions, including Product Assistant for the Hotel Collection business, Associate Product Manager for INC Handbags, and Development Manager for Private Brand Handbags. These roles involved overseeing product development, vendor relationships, and sales tracking. In 2020, Kourt joined Mapalé Lingerie - Swim - Resort as a Senior Account Executive, managing profitable relationships with 75 accounts and focusing on increasing profitability. Most recently, they worked as a Custom Product Development Manager at Front of the House®, handling overseas and new product development. Currently, they are working as a Yoga Instructor at Mimi Yoga, starting in 2023.

Kourt Passero obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing and International Business from Robert Morris University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In 2012, they also briefly attended the American Business School in Paris, France, earning another Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Kourt Passero obtained certifications in T1 Platform- Advanced from MediaMath in November 2015 and in Digital Marketing from the same institution in September 2015.
